To register online for Living with Diabetes Day - Hereford you’ll need an email address. If you don’t have an email address please call 0345 123 2399 to register. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
These days are for anyone recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, or who may have been diagnosed for longer, but needs the basic information to help them live well.
As places are limited, to attend you must register above and be able to attend the whole day (9:30am - 4:30pm, we’ll provide lunch).
