Groups are Carer led & centered. Groups give Carers an opportunity to have additional support, a chance to share information and coping strategies with other Carers. Everyone is welcome. Groups are FREE TO ATTEND.

I am 74 this year and rely on the Carers groups for advice and support. Interacting with other Carers at group meetings means that I am not alone in this role. We all need these groups for support.
